Er spielt Schlagzeug in der Nazi-Rockband Agitator und vertreibt über das Internet rechte Kleidung und Accessoires. Schubert darf nun Hemden, Becher, Schlagstöcke exklusiv mit dem Schriftzug "Hardcore" bedrucken und alle anderen Nutzer des von ihm urheberrechtlich geschützten Begriffs verklagen.
